A verified per-Provider retainer for qualifying DSO groups.

SCA Work Protection Fee
These fixed fees are separate from and additional to recurring pricing. The applicable fee is charged per qualifying commercial-payer SCA case.

Aggressive or complex denial management
The fee is never calculated as a percentage of recovery, treatment value, or referral value.
Federal-program claims are excluded, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and other federal healthcare programs. This exclusion also applies to crossover and secondary claims involving those programs.

DSO Group Program

per participating Provider professional, per month
The monthly Retainer applies separately to each participating Provider professional. It is not one flat fee for the entire DSO group.

Multi-clinic organization
The group must include multiple clinics and multiple participating Provider professionals.
Aggregate monthly volume
At least 100 LMN Patients must be processed per month in aggregate across the participating group.
Written verification before DSO pricing
PaiKnight checks its records and must confirm the DSO identity, eligibility, and participating-Provider count in writing before applying DSO pricing. A request does not guarantee the DSO rate.
What happens after a DSO request
Provide the DSO's name through the secure registration process. PaiKnight reviews the organization against its records before confirming any DSO arrangement.
The DSO group must maintain at least 100 LMN Patients per month in aggregate. If it does not, PaiKnight will confirm an applicable Retainer arrangement for the following billing cycle.
An organization that is not confirmed as DSO-qualified does not receive the DSO rate. PaiKnight will instead confirm the applicable Provider Retainer arrangement and, where needed, document adjusted pricing in an addendum before invoicing.
