These fixed fees are separate from and additional to recurring pricing. The applicable fee is charged per qualifying commercial-payer SCA case.

Federal-program claims are excluded, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and other federal healthcare programs. This exclusion also applies to crossover and secondary claims involving those programs.

Commitment Package terms
Capacity and excess
Active LMN Patients above the confirmed package capacity are chargeable at $500 per active LMN Patient per month.
Minimum commitment
Submitting fewer Patients or not using the full capacity does not reduce the payment commitment for the confirmed term.
Early termination and acceleration
If a Provider ends a confirmed package early for a reason other than PaiKnight's uncured material breach, or PaiKnight terminates for Provider breach or failure to maintain KYC, the remaining applicable commitment balance becomes immediately due. No acceleration applies if PaiKnight terminates for convenience or the Provider terminates for PaiKnight's uncured material breach.
